Shear control remains essential, as PCE polymers are sensitive to mechanical stress; therefore, moderate rotational speeds, for example below <strong data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1644\">1,500 rpm<\/strong>, and proper displacement sizing are recommended.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1956\">Material compatibility is equally critical, considering the possible presence of sulfates, chlorides, or alkaline components with pH above 10. Configurations in <strong data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1871\">AISI 316L<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1899\">FKM or EPDM seals<\/strong>, are generally suitable for such operating conditions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2194\">Within the European regulatory framework defined by EN 206, EN 934, EN 12350, and EN 12390, admixture pumping is not merely fluid transfer but an engineering variable directly impacting concrete quality, repeatability, and compliance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Working on M pumps for Concrete additives !!!
